Customers/Clients From the chairman to the general manager and management staff, every member of the company gets in touch with the clients to understand their needs ,and establish effective communication channels. A satisfaction survey is conducted on a regular basis and actions will be taken accordingly. If there are complaints from the clients, we will take necessary measures to ensure customers satisfaction
Suppliers Related systems are taken to screen and analyze the capability of the suppliers to make sure they can deliver quality products on time in order to suit our company's production needs.
Quality We have set up a QC department to inspect all incoming materials. Self-inspection program is implemented among the production team. QC (spot checks), QA (random checks), together with strongly supervision, ensure the quality products is required by customers .
