 1.The main characters of bamboo veneer:
(1)high intensity,good tenacity,it can reduce the using quantity of holding moulding board.
(2)broad breadth,small slot,the basic size of board material is 2.44*1.22m,equal to the area of steel template for 6.6*0.3m, it has also rapid speed of holding and dismantling mould.
(3)velvet surface,easily escaping from mould,and the adsorbability of bamboo veneer with covering velum only reaches to 1/8 of steel template to concrete.The surface of concrete is velvet,which can cancel the assignments of plasterer and shorten the time of fitment.
(4)strong ability to against the water,the template won't come unglued with boiling for 3 hours and not to be distortion when it is affected with damp during the process of concrete conserved.
(5)antisepsis and defending bug eaten by moth.
(6)the quotiety of leading heat is 0.14-0.16 tile/mk,more less than the steel template's,and be propitious to keep warm in the winter construction.
(7)its use of turning over times is high,the double faces of board can be conversed,the board without frame can use 30-50 times,but the use times is more with steel frame. |

 3.How to saw the board:
please choose the alloy saw piece,and the dia is 300mm,100tooth.The best way is using the machine with guiding orbit,To the best of keeping the border of the saw straightness.Rotate speed is 4000 turns/minute.If you need anomalous geometry type,you can use the high speed partable electronic saw at the spot.In order to avoid careless side,saw board and bore,please fill up solid things under it.
4.envelop the side and repair else.
This bamboo template has enveloped before leaved factory.please dismiss the board and bore,and use the endured water hydroxybenzene and aldehyde system oil painting or bore to brush thrice.Be sure to keep in mind,if you found nick or other light scathe,you should brush the oil paiting again.
5.The ways of extending template:
the wood of clinging the template,which you should extend it.and the board's slots should be shrinked as possible,and level up it between the boards.The specifications of the wood is5*10cm or 10*10cm,the slot of board should be wedged smooth,or envelop it with wet adhesive tape,in order to leak plasm and avoid serum to contaminate the side of board.
Strictly prohibit to be hit with hard substances,to be beaten with crow,to flap and drag at the side of board with reinforcing steel bar at discretion.
(1)The peak module:firstly,extend the wood on the falsework,the distance is 1.2cm,then spread it at portrait,the one is 0.4-0.6cm,when the thickness irrigated is above than 200mm,the distance should be moved small.
(2)Wallmodel:the behind of template should be spreaded three pieces of wood at portrait,,and then extend two pieces of wood to connect with it,leave a space for pulling on the snails from wall and stand tited support.If you have certain conditions,when you extend it at landscape orientation,you can use the steel to form a big wallboard of combination type,It can be loaded by directly,and the single bamboo template can be dismantled.
(3)girder,the pole board,Cut into parts of the template according to the dimension,and preleave the space for pulling on the snails from wall.The pole board could be locked by the short falsework from four sides and standed tilted support. |

6.clean the surface of board:
before the thrice,it can be used without fluid,but then everytime must be used.after it,you must clean the surface of the board timely,strictly prohibit to blow the surface of board with hard substance.
7.storage:
when it is turning over,please place a stow-wood under it,and stack uniformly it on the level up aground,and the side of board can't touch the ground.when it need store longly,it should keep good aeration,avoiding solanzation and drench,and must be checked at a certain period of time.Please cover the tarp,if there is a condition.
(8)the regeneration of template:
if the template used only had a little broken,it could be cut small and used again,and also used to make easy house wallboard,transfering flat roof,clapboard and filler,etc. |
